This is a little dated for it's time - but Anna Magnani in the role of Serafina is top-notch. Tennessee Williams plays are always favorites of mines but this particular one was never at the top of my list. Burt Lancaster's portrayal of the "grandson of the town fool of Sicily" IS indeed jussttt a tad over the top - but fun (and disturbing) none the less to watch. Certainly worth a look see.
