It will bring tears to your eyes and joy to your heart. Because it is a true story and one that is faith based, it is a family film that all should see. This film will bring those that question how God works to a answer that will bring them close to their hearts. I recommend this movie to all.WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

This movie was enjoyed by our entire family ( except the 4 year old.) I wish more movies like this would be produced that entire families can enjoy, minus the usual filth and perversion. I read the reviews stating that sports and religion don't mix - not true, just ask Tony Dungy. For the Christian, faith permeates every aspect of life. This movie was truely glorifying to God, and showed that with the Lord all giants in life can be faced. I appreciate the frequent use of Scripture and pointing the viewer to having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I don't usually buy movies, but will definitely put this one on my list! It may not win any awards here on earth, but definitely will in heaven. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

It's low budget with a terrific message. Alex Kendrick is totally believable and has great chemistry with Shannen Fields. Their onscreen romantic (without any onscreen sensuality!) relationship make the movie a one of a kind terrific movie. The football is very well done and does not have a cheap feel at all! In fact, the football is more believable than most! Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

These are unknown actors who do an ok job, but it starts out slow with no meaning. I do think we need more good feeling movies but this one one was not just didnt do it for us. We believe God works in differant ways, not to win football games. Anyhow young kids might enjoy this but for our children who go to school and play sports it was too unrealistic.
