I love Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter so I thought I give this a shot.The storyline was great and that alone would have made a great picture .Which makes me wonder why Tim Burton even decided to try this as a musical. It was interesting to see the actors singing capabilitis or their lack thereof but it did get annoying at the beginning of the film.The song lyrics were a diaster but overall I would recommend this movie but only with three stars.
