Average yet entertaining, somewhat predictable, definitely straight-to-video fare. I gave it the extra half star for co-starring Crispin Glover, always worth watching whatever he's in. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Only rented it to see Jason Lee of "my Name Is Earl" Fame..... I recommend waiting until it is on TNT. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Read MoreI also have to say that Glover and Lee make the movie watchable, but it's not a very good movie. The old corpse comedy bit went out with Weekend at Berney's 3 and "Drop Dead Sexy" takes it in a much darker direction. I'm usually big on dark comedies, but this one left much to be desired. Some of the dialogue that Lee and Glover have is funny, and when the movie's story is not tripping over itself it goes along pretty well. Not a bad rental really, but don't expect a great gem.
