ok, this wasn't as scary as I thought it was going to be. Costner did a credible job as a creepy serial killer. It kept my interest, however, it seems like it could've been just a bit more scary. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

I found it very boring, just kind of la-di-dah throughout the whole film. Kevin Costner was Kevin Costner...nothing spectacular and Demi Moore was trying way too hard to be a tough cop.
