Read More I started watching this show in the second season and got hooked, so I had to watch the first season. It is always well acted and directed with unpredictable twists. What really impressed me as I watched the first season was that it was so suspensful even though I had seen the second season and knew what happens (I don't wast to give away too much and spoil it) I went through all six disks and never got tired of the show-can't wait for season 3! Read More I love this series because it has many characters, not 1 to 4 like most other typical shows where someone at some time decided it was all the American public was intelligent enough to follow. The cast of actors is fresh and not recycled from other shows. Guest actors enhance the show with their acting and not just star power. The action fits the plot and is not too over the top. The suspense is gripping and story line very addicting. Some violence is expected as it takes place behind prison walls. I did not see season one and two when they came out, so I am playing catch up on DVDs right now and it is well worth it as there are no commercial interruptions. Read More i started to watch the first season of prison break last year and never gave it a chance. until now and i have to say i regret not giving it a chance. i fell in love with this show i recommend prison break to evryone. i actually got alot of people hooked on the show. and i am starting season 3 tonight. the writers put alot of work into this and its amazing, best tv iv seen in a long time. iv lost alot of sleep because of prison break and it was well worth it, Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Read More I did not find the series as gripping as others may have. I only watched the first disc because I was too disappointed that a series name âÂÂPrison Breakâ would have more drama that hard core action. I was expecting to see hardened penitentiary criminals do what they do from day to day without dying. In the mist of all the tension and violence I thought there would be a few guys that were trying to break free from prison. All in all I was looking for a hard-hitting, intense, and memorable series.
