It was a toss up between this movie and Shoot 'Em Up and I am glad that I rented this movie first, because Shoot 'Em Up ended up being the better of the two. This movie is the full package for action movie junkies. Plenty of fight scenes with Statham and Li to showcase their talents coupled with a fresh story. Take the time to watch the DVD extra's. A great cast of actors and a great twist at the end, I didn't see it happening. And then to see Jet Li's character play on both sides and get away with it mostly, was great. Read More I am huge Jason Statham fan but am a little disappointed in this one. WIth two powerhouses in Jason and Jet, I expected a lot more martial arts and fight scenes. Read More You would think with these to superstars of martial arts that there would be so much action. It really wasn't that bad, just the hype built it up so much that I just didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. It did have a good surprise ending as far as not all seems what it appears like but overall a bit of a letdown. For me anyhow. This film actually kills brain cells. If you weren't warned off it from the mere appearance of Jason Statham, take it from me, it sucks! The characters are one dimensional and stereotypical. The plot twists are obvious and unbelievable. It was bad. Really really bad. This movie is the film equivalent of huffing paint for 2 hours. You'd better pass!
