It had the same special effects and characters, but it lacked an interesting plot. The chalk of Destiny could have been really cool, but they didn't use it up to the plot potential that it had. Second films (especially in a trilogy- think Lord of the Rings even) are generally weaker. They're leading up to something good so I have hope. it was worth watching if you plan on seeing all three, but not something I'd rent on its own. Close this ReviewWAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Foreign movies in ur whole entire LIFE?! U have to stop taking yourself so seriously and take this movie at face value and realized that other countries' production technology is not as developed as the States'. It's the idea behind the movie...just think back on how many sh*tty american hollywood movies r out there. Even if the special effects r great, the acting & cast is most of the time awful & no freakin' creative sense left from the directors & writers. Other countries have so many limitations in their resourses & they still manage to put movies out. Kudos to that. The movie was very creative and it came back full circle where it left off on the NIght Watch. The special effects were superb and the characters were as odd as ever. The ending was great!

A chaotic mess of bad acting and weird storyline. Ugh, I am really disappointed. I was definitely fooled by the previews. Absolutely, full-on Moronic movie. For those of you who think that you need to watch the movie with subtitles, all you need to do is go to the menu and enter English 5.1. The movie still sucks though. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes
