Read MoreThis video is about a couple of guys who want to live as Caribbean style pirates on the Salt Lake of Utah. I saw it with my family at a film festival almost two years ago and have been following it ever since.
It's cute and absurd and at times twisted, but is a fun watch. My kids quoted it for what seemed like six months straight after we saw it. I personally felt like the movie slowed down a little in the middle, but not for long, as it picks up for a fun and inspired end! Overall, a great low-budget entry into the pirate genre.
The DVD is a long time coming, but highly enjoyable. Watch Trenton James in the gag reel. He is a gut-buster! Close this ReviewWAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Read MoreMaybe to help the decision to rent this movie take into consideration my tastes: I hate all stupid funny movies like Something About Mary, Dumb and Dumber and Superbad. I love funny movies like Lilo and Stitch, Monty Python and Saved. To me this movie was strange and hilarious. It has no cursing worse than 'sh*t' and then only once, no excrement jokes of any kind and no nudity at all. Has some funny moments and a safer bet for younger viewers than many PG13 films.

I tried watching this but ended it after less than 1/3 was completed. I just couldn't believe it was going anywhere with plot development and the acting was not inspiring me. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes
