For one, the crew, financially set , and basically big dogs in Vegas, are not really motivated for wealth or the challenge this time around but moreso for revenge on the part of one of the crew members. A nice twist that changes it up a little but not enough. The movie lacks laughs, and fails to keep you interested the whole time. Parts of it dragged. I mean how many different ways are there to do the same movie over and over again. This one was stretched just to far. There is nothing new about it and it was way to slow. Read MoreAs a previous reviewer said, the only redeeming quality of this movie was the cast, and this is true only as far as eye-candy goes. The scenes were overly dark and the dialogue almost inaudible and unintelligible. The plot was absolutely unbelievable, there was no action, no cohesiveness, the movie jumped from one place to the next almost at random, and every single part of the film was completely predictable. Just how exactly would they get not one but both of the machines used to dig the chunnel (in Europe) to Las Vegas in a couple of days, let alone undetected? This was a real waste of 90 minutes and the producers and the cast should be embarrassed although my understanding is that they do these films for scale + points. Read MoreOK so I really anticipated this being released, my bad. What I loved about the 1st one was the purity and reality of the setting and the cast. O13 just was not like that. When you have to CGI a casino into the Vegas strip instead of utilizing an existing structure somthing is wrong. I felt bad for A Pacino one hell of an actor but the role was to strained and really did not let him be the A Hole he really could have been, HOOOAAAHHH, or the way he was in HEAT.
