this movie is unbelievably funny. If you enjoy the Da Ali G then you should have already seen this. But not not only is it humurous, it also raises alot of questions about racism in America. But not not only is it humurous, it also raises alot of questions about racism in America. Borats unassuming foolishness allows people to show there true feelings. This was ... Read MoreI have to be honest, when my husband dragged me to this movie I was expecting to be bored to death. It looked so stupid from the previews, but I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did!!! This was the funniest movie I have seen in a very very long time. Normally I don't buy movies because if I've seen a movie once, I've seen it a million times. But there are a few select ones that I know I'll watch over and over, and Borat is one of them. This will definately be in my collection of all time favorite movies. Even if you saw it in theatres, rent it or buy it so you can see the deleted scenes. And the DVD menu alone is pretty hilarious.
I mean, come on. Who wouldn't want to watch a movie about someone shedding light on how truly ignorant people can be...I know I loved it. Pay special attention to the crowd who cheers at "...support your war of terror" and "George W Bush will drink the blood of the men, women, and children of Iraq", but freak out when Borat uses the tune to the National Anthem to sing his country's made up anthem that heralds Kazakhastan as the greatest country on earth.
