this movie was awful. I mean i rented it hoping for a couple random laughs. It was miserable. It was one amazing rack from being turned off in the first 15 mins. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Kal Penn has definatly done better movies like Harold and Kumar and Epic Movie. i love his work and i was just really dissapointing to see him go down. its basically the first van wilder with a twist. unless ur a devoted fan to national lampoon or just feel like whining over a medeocre film then dont bother with this one. I am a fan of Kal Penn but this movie, while amusing at times was a far cry from the original Van Wilder. Rarely do we expect a sequel or offshoot movie to exceed (or even be comparable to) the original. This is no different. Taj, however, did exceed my expectations. Taj, however, did exceed my expectations. The character development was more full than I had expected, and it was a fully entertaining frat-boy kind of flick.
