Lots of laughs shrare the stage with some tough fitting in stories all people have to endure in our growing up process. Touching story line in the way children always seem to seek out the true meaning of Christmas, that seems to get lost in the adult world. Definitely worth watching. Movie was okay for me, but my children(9 and 6) loved it! They had to watch again before we returned it. The acting was so-so, but we did laugh out loud a few times. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

I only liked ... Read MoreIt is a good movie but the script had some HORRIBLE lines. I was baffled at how bad the dialouge was. At one point, it got so bad that i thought a 5 year old wrote it trying to be funny. I only liked 2 characters, the kid that plays Charlie (He was the funny one. He was the spark of the movie. When the other kids spat out TERRIBLE lines, Charlie was there to make you forget about them and to make you laugh.) I also liked Lewis Black. The other kids aren't likeable. Spenser tried to be cool but ended up being a loser, the girl that likes Charlie tries to be tough but ends up being a weakling and the nerdy girl... i can't say anything about her. She was just... there. Don't even get me started about that fat kid that likes Aquaman. OMG!!! The movie was good except that casting was horrible. Was that the best they could do?! Hire some people who nobody knows about and give them horrible lines. *Sigh* Close this ReviewWAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes
