Read More First I want to say that I feel sorry for the other 2 people here who wrote negative views, and that they 'just didn't get it'. I also had to learn to walk again after MY car was T-boned when some idiot ran his red light, and I was deeply inspired by this movie. Although I agree that 'Joys' part in the film was too short, it's only a 2 hour movie-not the books which obviously are more detailed. I am buying his books and this DVD next. I loved the message of this movie, it's one i've been trying to learn myself...to move forward. Even though it hurts for me to sit through even one movie, I sat though this one twice in a row because it was just that good. I recommended it to many people including my best friend, so he took his 9 year old son and they loved it. Thank you Dan Millman for telling your story, for inspiring me and others, and to the producers and actors for doing such a great job. Nick Nolte...you have made an awesome comback! Good for you! Read More I had absolutely no idea what to expect with this movie, so when it turned out to be some kind of spiritual journey movie I was somewhat surprised in a pleasant way. A little too steeped in the help yourself, and you have all the answers within you kind of stuff for my liking, but all that being said, there were a few good scenes and I honestly did think it was worth my time.
