A pair of animal enthusiasts desperate to boost the ratings of their failing television series "Strange Wilderness" set out for the Andes in search of the elusive Bigfoot in this comedy directed by Fred Wolf and starring Justin Long, Steve Zahn, Kevin Heffernan, and Ernest Borgnine. Peter Gaulke (Zahn) and Fred Wolf (Allen Covert) are the energetic hosts of "Strange Wilderness" -- television's most unconventional nature show. When the ratings take a nosedive and they are confronted with cancellation, Peter finds himself resorting to desperate measures in order to stay on the air. I love stupid humor but this movie was dreadful. Steve Zahn is a funny guy but the script in this movie was boring and all the comedic timing was poor. I think the commericals for this movie showed some of the few funny parts of the movie, which is why I actually rented the movie b/c it looked good. So don't waste your time with this movie. If you're looking for a similar type of movie rent Knocked Up or Superbad.

This is one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Happy Madison studios does it again. I'm a big Steve Zahn fan, but he's awful here. He lacks every bit of his normal charm in this clunker. I'm not sure if he's just going through the motions or what. I kept waiting for him to look at the camera and apologize for being in such a piece of junk.

I like Steve Zahn and he has done some really cool stuff. In this movie he is portrayed as a complete idiot. I really didn't see a story line in the movie because none of it made any sense. Also the foul language and the other innuendoes made the movie seem vulgar and cheap. I didn't find any humor in this movie at all. I also think that it is a waste of time to sit and watch.

Stupid Wilderness would fit better. Poorly written jokes and a ridiculous plot you'd expect from a Happy Madison production leave you wondering what you missed during the last 80 minutes. A dog bark down the street... kids playing in the pool... Find another comedy!

I am a BIG fan of SUPERBAD . . . loved that movie . . . have watched it over 50 times . . . and it is still funny . . . but this movie . . . this movie right here . . . SUCKED . . . I was bored . . . it wasn't funny . . . I have no idea what the whole purpose was . . . and would never watch it again . . . I feel like it killed brain cells . . . Definitely not worth wasting the 2 hours to watch it . . . this upset me very bad . . . Superbad, Beerfest, Super Troopers are all great movies compared to this one . . .

I don't know what the bad reviews are all about. Maybe I liked it because I wasn't expecting much but I thought this movie was very funny. I am rather critical of comedies and this movie had some very funny bits and scenes. There were some that went a little long or may have been a bit off the wall but all in all this was a very funny movie.

i hate everyone involved in this stupid movie for wasting 20 minutes of my time. Twenty minute into the movie I kicked my dvd player and broke it. Do not get this movie, it is that bad. thumbs way way way way way way way down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This movie was extremely amusing. The cast couldn't have been more in sync with eachother. It is like these guys have known each other forever. Hilarious from beginning to end! I reccomend this movie to anybody with a filthy sense of humor.

This is the bust out funniest movie I have seen in a long time. Stars all those guys who usually show up in Adam Sandler flicks. I give it 5 stars. star of wild kingdom type show dies, and his stoner sdon and pothead friends take over the show....anything i tell you will give away the laughs, so I won't....just turst me and rent it....you will laugh yourself silly! Produced by adam sandler too!
