I must admit I'm not a Will Ferrell fan. His previous films I could simply take or leave. Blades of Glory really tickled me, even the costumes were funny. Give it a try, it's fun! WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Great spoof on figure skating, which I like, by Will Ferrell, whom I can barely stand sometimes. I was prepared not to like it, but what's not to like? I recommend it if you need a laugh! WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Will Ferrell basically plays the same character that he plays in almost every film, he's not very diverse is he? This is not much fun for anyone who's brain has matured past the age of 16. Read Morei completely disagree with "tammy" ^. this movie was outrageously funny, concidering i've watched it about 10 times. in conclusion, not only does it make the viewer want to run out to wal mart and buy "mane and tail" shampoo to get that gorgeous hair on chazz michael michaels ( who also uses an italian brush made from whale bone) it also instilled in me the love i have for ice skating. if it wasnt for this movie i would have never taken up ice skating and traveled the nation winning gold medals such as john heder's character (my idol). this movie will change your life.

It is hard for me to find the right words to describe this movie, but I'll try.....DOPEY, JUVENILLE, LAME, TRASH, STUPID, BORING, ETC. One thing this movie was not: funny. This can't be compared to truly funny movies such as Animal House, Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein, and numerous others. If you rent this movie out of desperation hoping for a good laugh, you better get yourself good and trashed first. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes
