The formula is the underachiever and the anal character who puts him down. The underachiever ignors his friends but comes around in the end. More effort should have been put in jokes and humor, since there were some promising moments. I was hoping for more comedy, more situations, but they were few and far between. too have two people fight over being employee of the month, and a girl at the same time. One of the guys cheats and loses, I love it how dane cook meetsup with his real friends at the end and then gets the girl. It is so inspiring too see the odd, different kind of the odd man out win.
