Read MoreI preffer the other Hannibal films with Anthony Hopkins of course. However, this film is a very well crafted prequel and a pretty good look into the life of Hannibal Lecter. There are some slow aspects about the story at times and some gaps and things that could've been developed more but it is still a good film and a must see for any fan of the other Hannibal films. He kind of went with the cheesey, maniacal look from old vampire movies. You know, when they look up mouth smeared with blood and grinning? It was too much.
