It's alright...You see the problem with this movie is that it started with a vehry good plot, a very good story line and all of a sudden it starts loosing it's quality. Still yet it's ok.

It helped me to understand more about why Hannibal Lector was the man he became. Though I have to admit I did not recognize the characters and I missed Anthony Hopkins even in a cameo appearance I felt this movie helped to identify who and why Hannibal became what he was.

I was so pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this movie. I really had no desire to see it which is why I waited 2 yrs to rent it but I really got into the movie. Loved the story, the acting, and everything about it. It's not a horror film or scary film really but I was actually happy about this because I thought it was going to be the same old stuff as the other movies. It's definitely worth seeing.

Wow just when you thought you couldn't get behind a serial Killer this movie gives you reason too sympathize . We learn what made Hannibal the Cannibal the monster he is today and why he prefers cheeks. I found Myself cheering haza as he sliced and diced his list of first victims in the guise of sweet revenge. The last reveal was stomach turning and yet more reason to feel for the guy. I enjoyed this one more than I had anticipated as is shown that I'm just now getting to it and that I DVR'd late last night off TMC.

Hannibal's past was shown quite well but a person knows the character and latter sees them grow, they lose their mystery. I was kinda disappointed with the movie for that simple reason and some of the story's flaws. The gore was mild which I expected from this movie, and the actors were below average. Worth a look.
