This movie was so bad that I took it out of the DVD player half way trhough. It is 90% of one dumb guy talking alongside a road and kicking dirt. No other actors worth mentioning and a few shots of the space shuttle. I can get better entertainment by watching a novice on U-Tube making a make believe space adventure movie. Really do your self a favor and don't rent this. I compare it to banging your head off the wall for a couple of hours. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

Read More This movie is basically some guy narrating a "plot" which is superficially imposed on loosely related video clips from the public domain. There seems to be little to no actual original cinematography and if there was any, then it was horrible as well. If you're curious as to why this movie got so bad reviews and are thinking about checking it out - don't, you'll regret it. If you want to know what this movie was like, then, borrowing somewhat from George Orwell's 1984, imagine a boot stepping on a human face, your face, for 87 minutes straight. It is no more entertaining than that. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

Most of all the music is some of the most heartfelt music I have ever heard, with the legendary celloist Ernst Reijseger in an unusual ensemble of Sardinia singers and and African singer. (In fact, I had the soundtrack before renting this movie, and I have never stopped playing this CD. So I was happy to finally see the movie.) Reijseger also is in the soundtrack to White Diamond and Rescue Dawn.
I see the music was terrifying to some reviewers, but well, music played with real emotions sometimes does that to people who expect something to let their ears sit back in an easy chairs.
Go Werner! The movie "industry" needs people like you! Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No
