This was a very cute movie. It would be a nice "Family movie night" movie. I think the kids would enjoy it. It's on the lines of Spy Kids, so if you liked that, you'll enjoy this movie too.

I grew up loving the books as a young girl and this was a great way to introduce the character to my 7 year old daughter who is constantly looking for new things to read and her 5 year old brother who likes to hear what she's reading. The story line was good for kids to follow, with enough action and character development to keep their attention and hook them in. It was a cute adventure movie that the entire family could enjoy.

I watched all of her movies with my sister who was a true fan growing up in the 80's and 90's;) and this girl played the part of Nancy Drew and I was Highly impressed with her in this role and the movie was absolutely adorable! The Plot, the Characters, the Boyfriend and the Dad, Oh and don't let me forget the Bad Boys. The Sargent was the only character in the movie that had a cheesy role.. I give this movie a 4.5 but I'm putting a 5 because I am recommending it to my friends as well. Classic Nancy this Girl is Great!!
