My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this little movie... It was cute but not TOO cute, sweet but not too sweet. We thought they did a great job bringing Nancy into modern day while still keeping her persona smart, sweet and charming (loved her classic outfits, too!).

I watched part of this movie with my six-year-old. This was a scary movie for her - we like to watch movies sometimes before bed, but the ghosts and chasing and life-threatening situations were too much for her and was NOT relaxing bedtime material. This may depend on your child's personality, but you should be warned that the PG rating should be taken seriously - be there with your child and turn it off if it's upsetting.
