I saw CDB back in 1980 at the Palladium on 14th St in New York City. They were amazing then, this show proves that 25 years later they haven't lost a thing. CDB is America. CDB is Americana. CDB is American music. CDB is the anti-Dixie Chicks. They are the true example of musicians in every way, shape and form. Their shows are more than shows...they are entertainment in an era when bands are loud, cannot keep time and write about unimportant subjects. CDB never lost their ideals or beliefs. They are the epitome of country, of bluegrass, of the pride of an American and their subjects vary from the serious to the sublime to the straight to the point, to the sadness of losing friends and to the patriotic. If you like music, rent this. Once you see them on DVD, you will want to see them on stage live in person. RENT THIS TODAY.
