Read MoreI really liked this movie. The entire movie was great, except for the role by John Goodman, I've never really liked his acting on TV, O brother where art thou was bad, this part was worse. Steve Carrell more than makes up for it, He is hilarious. The plot is good, and the ending is well thought out. I recommend this movie for anyone. Read MoreI'm a HUGE Steve Carell fan and liked Bruce Almighty, so I was very excited to see this movie. Let me tell you, it was absolutely terrible. Completely gone is any "edge," Carell is hamstrung and unable to use his famous skills seen on "The Office," "The Daily Show" and "The 40 Year Old Virgin." My only thought is this movie might be acceptable if you are very very careful with what you let your kids see. This movie strikes me as only good for a very conservative family to sit and watch together. If you enjoy an even somewhat dirty joke, any outrageousness, a plausible plot or laughing, do NOT rent this movie. Close this ReviewWAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes
