I watched this movie twenty times and probably know all the lines too. Action back, great story line, excellent graphics..a must see and soon you will be saying "This is Sparta!!!!" WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Read MoreI've read the other reviews and while I do agree that some of the CGI was over-done at the same time we have to recollect that this is not a historical drama but a rendering of a comic book story based LOOSELY on historical facts. The CGI fit the fantastic story which is a exaggerated retelling of factual events. It does capture the dedication, devotion and love of men who are otherwise taught to be devoid of feelings. Some said the story is weak, I just cannot understand that because much of what is explored is the very heart of human nature. Normally I loathe fight scenes and even leave the room during them in war and similar movies.. Now this is almost exclusively fighting through most of the film but it really didn't deter me so much. My advice is if you enjoy fantasy, war and Greek stories give it a shot...A true Spartan would. ;-) Close this ReviewWAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes
