I see from previous reviews that this was adapted from a book. Well, it didn't make a very good movie! The premise is indeed a fantasy. I kept asking myself why I kept watching as most of it is very slow moving. Aishwarya Rai is very beautiful, but her one love scene with Dylan McDermott was extremely lifeless and lacking in passion. I did not like this movie.

Somewhat boring, Aishwarya Rai spent too much time thinking (out loud) and making faces. Thought the story was too long and too boring. Dylan McDermott was unbelievable in his role. I would not recommend renting it unless you're a fan of hers and just like to look at those big eyes.

I absolutely loved this movie that I watched it twice in one day..once by myself and once with my daughter. My daughter enjoyed it too. This woman is absolutely stunning and has such a sweet and pure innocence. I highly recommend this and would add it to your DVD collection.
