Also, the husband was not just a mean and selfish person, he was actually mentally ill, so I think that was also unnecessary for such a movie, it made it too depressing! Finally, it was sad to see that the woman who had found such a good "Friend" (The Doctor) was so easily willing to get rid of him! But overall the movie was good with some exceptional moments. Keri Russell has come out of hiding for so long to be another A-Lister and she is doing wonderfully. I absolutely loved her in this film and though it is quite bizarre the characters all add something to the movie and Keri's relationship with her OB-GYN is TOO FUNNY! Her pie creations are a hoot and very creative. I hate her husband though and you just want to get through the movie to see if he dies or not.
