Very laid back and educates on you on the wine country of France. I don't think it caught on very well here in USA because it is a very European movie. Total chick flick. Ladies this is a chick flick - don't be put off by Russell Crowe's character at the start of the movie. I watched the ending three times, it just made me melt. And do not skip the music videos at the end. I loved this movie, the setting, the acting, the story - all terrific. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

I will say though that the script was dreadful, therefore would have been tough for anyone to pull this off. To it's plus I will note that it was filmed beautifully & I enjoyed all the many old Harry Nillson songs through-out the movie. It isn't the worst movie I have ever seen but there was very little plot and yes it does have a happy ending but with no story line it really isn't worth the time.
