The colorful cinematography is like a postcard in all of its colorful beauty.

Blew away EVERYTHING produced by Big $orrywood this year. Hilarious! I cannot find one criticism; all aspects of this movie were well done. I rarely give 5 stars to any movie (especially of this genre), because there are so few classics made anymore. This one is an instant classic, and richly earned my rating. It will be a cult hit for years to come. Don't be put off by the name, the picture on the box, or the naysayers. If you like dark comedy, this is for you. Of course, this movie will not likely win an Oscar, but it should win 3, at least. Out of almost 200 movies I have seen this year (some produced from previous years), this movie had the best screenplay, direction, and supporting cast. Perfect in every way. Don't miss out on it. Don't know what Joel G. is talking about. THIS IS NOT A TIM BURTON FILM. Joel G. is as off the mark on that point, as he is with his entire review. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? After reading the synopsis I passed this one up many times at the local Blockbuster. Finally I decided to take out time to watch it, and I enjoyed it. It was zombies with a twist, very well thought and well acted movie. It had me chuckling throughout. Definitely having the movie set in the 50s helped. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL?
