Its a movie, its a musical, it is HairSpray. I didn't think I would like this movie so I waited to watch it on video. This is more than a movie, it is a story of the history of segregation and discrimination between blacks and whites. Other than that part of it, the 50's and 60's are the time I would have loved to grow up. The movie is packed with great celebs like Zac Efron, Christopher Walken, Queen Latifa and If I hadn't known before hand that John Travolta was playing a woman, I wouldn't have know that was him/her. haha. One ugly lady he is too . Fun movie for everyone.
