A straightforward, chilly ghost story like this is rare, and this one is good enough for a few scares and a few laughs. with a great and twisted ending. Dead Silence is Deadly Delicious!

I thought this was a very scary/chilling movie! It's not one of those butchering bloody movies if that is what you are expecting? Everybody knows if you make a doll movie it usually is creepy. (Not like the Chucky movies). Great to watch this movie late at night with a bag of popcorn!

James Wan has a very lucrative career ahead of him if he can continue to keep his horror films as entertaining as they have been. I was a little concerned because of the pretty crummy looking trailer for this film but Saw left me breathless and I was eager to see what the 2nd major film by James Wan would be like and it turned out to be a very scary very well written horror film. Not as good as Saw in my opinion but still highly entertaining. In a time when 90% of horror films released are crummy remakes and another %5 are poorly done Japenese-esque crud it's good to see an original horror film that actually entertains hit the theaters. I recommend it.

This had some creepy parts in it and a nice twist in the end. However they could have shown the doll doing the killing, not to happy about that.
