If you last that long, you're then treated to a very disjointed and dull movie. I had read reviews on here awhile ago about how "great" it was and I went by then. I now see there are more negatives. I wish I waited for those. I don't recommend it to anyone. It's not "edgy", or exciting at all. It's boring and I have no idea what the writer was thinking. I wish I skipped it. The story is slightly absurd, and the Will Francis character is a complete arse. I kept waiting for this movie to improve, but then the credits were rolling and the redemption never happened. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

i really like Jude Law so i decided to pick this up. And to be perfectly honest, I enjoyed it, not because of the plot (there really wasn't one), but the acting was superb.

hooker) and pathos(the boy and his mother,the superb acting of Binoche
and the boy.).but most of all was Jude Law and the Penn girl interweaving
their difficult lives together that really was the whole story..this film rates
at least 41/2 stars..PS: I used to live in London and appreciate the

I never watched the movie because the description on the DVD envelope said this was a movie about "the break-dancing craze." I think the DVD itself was the actual Jude Law movie, but I didn't even waste my time putting it in the DVD player because I wasn't interested in watching break-dancing! Therefore, I just wasted one of my monthly picks. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes
