I'm not sure why this movie was released before Night Passage and Death in Paradise. If I remember correctly from the books, this is actually the last of these three. Having said that........I am a HUGE Robert B. Parker fan and am impressed that these movies were ALMOST as good as the books - which very seldom happens. Great crime drama with great casting and acting. I highly recommend all three of these movies!

I am starting to really like this series. The cast of characters grows on you and as a mystery it keeps you guessing, not so much on who the killer is but how they are going to come to justice. If you like Tom Selleck you will like this film. If your not a fan - you just might become one. He is maturing as an actor.
