Read More An inspirational story. While seemingly naive at first, this teacher dared to be different and dedicated her time and accomplished more than I thought possible. I have personally met a former California and U. S. Teacher of the Year from the San Diego schools. The movie is a little long but I watched it straight through and felt satisfied when it was over. I LOVED it!! Hillary is a marvelous actress, she was perfect for this role. I am thrilled they used the holocaust as a way of getting the students attention that hate is a horrible crime. Read More The fact that this is a true story alone is enought to watch. Most of these type of movies are heartful and make you feel good, but this movie made me feel like I could actually make a difference myself! This is much better then what I expected. I also admire that they made it PG-13 so kids could watch themselves & you still get the feel for how bad things were without unneccessary extras.
