This was an excellent movie. It keep your attention at all times. I loved it. More Fathers should be so responsible to their children, regarless what the cot may be.

I wish the movie had spent more time with the ending. I would have liked to have seen that the protagonist did more than just overcome his state in life and become a multimillionaire. I would have liked to have seen him go back and help the homeless, have the movie show him touch his ex-wife in some way, and maybe something about his son's future. There is more to life than money. Read MoreWhile horrified by the abject poverty suffered by our hero - how do we allow such suffering in our rich culture where people's pet dogs and cats have a better life than the homeless? - I found it off-putting that, inspired by a sporty little car, our hero at last attains "happyness" by making lots of lots of money. How does one survive working in that overwrought, money-mad environment, much less thrive on it? Surely there is more depth than that in this hard-working, long-suffering protagonist.
