My boyfriend and I have been working our way through the Nip / Tuck DVDs after seeing an episode here and there on TV but not wanting to start watching in the middle of the series. We both really love this show. It is so shocking, fascinating, and addicting. It is unlike any series we have seen before. It is unique and never boring. You can never decide whether you love or hate each character because just when you think you have them figured out, they do something totally out of character. The good guy becomes the bad guy and vice versa. Characters you liked suddenly disappoint you and those you despised, you find yourself identifying with.

This series has all the elements a great series should have. If you enjoy any category or genre you will be impressed here. The characters are well defined and it is such a surprise when they stray from that definition. Yet, they are never boring, always adding another layer to what was already there. There are a few unanswered questions but ignoring that, you can find yourself watching your mailbox for the next disc!

Not just me, but even my husband who is not into TV shows at all. And the frase "hooked" is a pretty common description of it's viewers. Can' wait to see the next episode and looking the way to see season 4 which is not on DVD yet. if you are not too sensitive to blood scenes ( they do show many surgeries, and the scenes are pretty graphic), you should like it a lot.
