This is an excellent story chronicling the rise of a young executive and the decline of his elderly counterpart. Originally a TV movie, it was deservedly made into a movie. Though it may seem somewhat dated by today's movie standards, it stands as a testimonial of Rod Serling's talent as a writer. Word of warning; if you expect a Twlight Zone story you will be disappointed, highly recommended for those who like good drama.
