Read More I don't usually rate a movie 5 full stars, but this one was great. In my opinion I thought it was better than the first one ( if that was ever possible) but they did it again. Read More If you like to use damn as an adjetive them you'll like the attitude of the movie. I personally think WOW! is a better adjetive but I still enjoyed Scrat who had his own side plot. Overall it was a little slow in parts and I don't recommend it for kids or possums.

It is hard to find a family movie that you can sit down and watch with the kids. My 11 years old and 7 year old boys loved it. They didn't fight through the movie so that was great. Read More While I did not feel that this was as entertaining as the first film, it still provided a chuckle here and there, and was enjoyable to watch. Kids will absolutely love this movie, if they found the first one at all palatable, and adults will find themselves smiling at certain references that go over the kids' heads. But they took it way to far. It actually was overpowering the real plot of the movie. Every time they kept showing that stupid thing I was rolling my eyes w/ annoyance. YES... WE GET IT... THE UGLY CREATURE WILL DO ANYTHING FOR THE STUPID ACORN!!! The rest of the movie (I should say the other half) was pretty good. The humor was a little mature but I don't think my son picked up on it at all. Overall, I'm glad I saw it but even more glad that I saw it free at a see it again sunday. Humer- Hahahahah. I'd reveiw this part but I can't stop laughing. Visual- High tech animation is what the original was about. This one goes even further. Stunning. VA- Very good VA. Not one stupid voice exept where it belongs. Charectors- Good charectors. Look for- A non-stop hilarity insured thrill ride that never stops untill the credits come on. And even then you still don't whant to leave because you whant to whatch it again. Cliches- Semi-cheasy romance, the classic face your fears to save your freind thing, and a charector who doesn't feel he belongs. Better then- Toy Story, Robots, Madagascar. Not as good as- Shrek, Ice Age(only a little), Lilo & Stitch. Final Verdict- Must see CG. (LOL) Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No |
