The scenic wideshots were so beautiful. This is truly a terrific family film with suspense, drama, some comedic moments, and of course a film that will make you cry! The film made me think about my dad (may he rest in peace). I've been unhappy with the ending of many films but I was pleased with the ending of this film! Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Apparently the writers wanted some drama, but couldn't come up with something better than what they did. Although, if I was the writer, I could have written at least 2 better endings then this movie had. It just fell apart. The scenery was great and the acting was not too bad. Read More I get the feeling anyone that has anything to do with the horse business that saw this film is not a fan of this movie. Only good thing was the location of the filming and the horses. Another movie were all adult males are hard-head (the father) or sexist pig (cowboy's at rodeo) until the children show them the way. And does anyone really believe that a father would be disappont that their son wants to go to college instead of working on the ranch? Biggest mistake was at the end; Why would she have a fever because a rainstorm? Fever's are caused to fight a virus. Wouldn't her body temp drop instead? The other mistake was that there's an injured horse immobile on the ground with a mountain lion still near by. Put two and two together folks! Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No | ||

The best scene hands down was when Flicka paralized the little girl and she never road the horse again.......Not enough Raptors Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No |
