I don't know the woman personally. Katie Holmes sucks here, and Queen Latifah is wasted in this film that should have been directed by a season director rather than its chip-on-shoulder writer Callie Khouri, who still seems to be a man hater after winning an Oscar for Thelma and Louis 20 years ago. Ted Danson steals the show as the brains in the family, but the lazily-researched script suffers from legal ignorance that would make Aaron Sorkin gag in laughter. The crimes committed are laughably justified, but not in the same feel-good spirit as "9 to 5". Striking the same vain as "Fun With Dick & Jane", this movie had a terrific preview that doesn't get any better with its full length version. I loved ... Read MoreI watched this with my mom and little brother and we all laughed. It was cute and had a cool storyline. All the actresses and their actor counterparts were perfect. They just blended so well. I loved Katie. She kinda had this way of making you go, Oh My God, and then just had you laughing. I was skeptical about the movie at first because I had heard negative things about it, but I am glad I watched it because there was nothing negative about this movie at all.
**Also to the person who said they hated this movie because it was "so unbelievable", movies are supposed to take you away from reality for a couple hours. So if you want reality go watch a documentary!!**
