Although the script is far fetched, as well as Keanu Reeves' death defying feats over and over again, this still does deliver a fast paced police thriller. The acting at times is a little weak and the storyline is not predictable but at times a lot of the twists lack realism. However, the setting and characters do deliver the brutal realism of crime and police conspirancies. A decent police drama.

This is one of those movies that keeps you mildly interested until the end when you realize that the story was not well thought out and you just wasted 2 hours of your life.

This wasn't a good movie. It seemed liked they loaded a bunch of script ideas into a cannon and fired them at a wall. The surviving pieces were divided up among the actors. Just don't watch it.
