Good movie at first, but then it was slow and hard to understand. I thought the acting was pretty good. I would have to watch it again to understand the plot.

Well, the story starts off with the promise of a mystery/horror movie with a scientific twist, but rapidly degenerates into an "omenlike" story centering around a devil-girl in the Louisiana swamp. The plot has some interesting twists to it, but overall not that scary. The visuals are actually a bit cheesy. A waste of Hilary Swank's talent and the ending...well, not what you thought it would be. We kept watching, but really can't recommend it to others. There are better ones out there.
