Read More I guess I've watched too many Perry Mason shows on TV so I had the plot of this figured out early in the movie. Having said that, I did in fact find this movie to be entertaining (except for the "F" word being overly used) so I wasn't disappointed in the movie over all. The ending took me by surprise, which is why I found it entertaining. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

Suspense and action, evenly combined for a good balance. Even though the second LaRoche/Lucinda meeting came as a slight surprise, it could not actually be predicted. Recommend it to anyone to likes a well written combined suspense and action movie. I agreed with all the deleted scenes. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

It had a few good actors which made it worth the watch. But I didn't really feel bad for any of the characters, I thought they all got what they deserved. There was a good twist at the end though, I did not see that part coming. If you like a good thriller with some adultry, corruption, and sin. Then I say check this movie out. If you don't, don't watch this movie. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

Thats a really good flick and this is a sory homage to it. Yes, even if it is years later and you use 2 current, sexy actors...even though Jen Aniston looks horrible in it, it's still a ripoff. Loose ends everywhere, plot holes, etc etc. You actually are expected to believe all the coincidences and ooh so edgy plot twists. Ugh, i lost respect for Clive on this one...do another shoot em up or Inside Man to redeem yourself mr. owen Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

I barely made it through the rape scene. I usually turn movies off in disgust by that point. However, I did keep watching as I wanted to see a movie and had not in a long time. Luckily, the plot gets much better and the rape scene is better explained The end was quite a surprise and the movie ends well as could be for included violance and murders. Acting was good. I give it a 1 star though because of the rape scene and F word used so often. I would not really recommend the movie unless you can stand a ton of violance and bad language. I tend to like fairy-tale movies such as Sleepless in Seattle. So ignore my review, if you have a stronger stomach than I. :-) Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

Read More I did not complete watching the movie after the hotel rape scene (and contrary to the synopsis, it was not a "posh" hotel) and the subsequent blackmail. It was too intense for me. I don't mind suspense, but more of the intellectual kind, than the "mean" kind.
I think what I viewed of this movie is not so realistic. Talking to someone twice on a train would not instigate a blown-up affair. Also, a female offering to pay a man's (stranger) ticket out of the blue is unrealistic. I would be suspicious that the woman had a hidden agenda if I were the man.
And anyone, with any common sense, no matter what the stake, would go to the police regarding an incident like this. But then they were idiots enough to not use the chain lock on the hotel door. That is always the first thing I do, but I am security conscious. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No |
