Very good. I really enjoyed the book as a child & this movie does it justice. I think Dakota Fanning is an excellent actress & Wilbur is adorable in the film. Definitely good for the entire family. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Charlotte's Web is just as good as the cartoon movie is to see,and the little girl that plays Fern is a real cute one. If you

Read MoreI really enjoyed this movie quite a bit, but have to say that the cartoon version still rates highest for me. While this movie might run true to the book, I enjoyed the animation and music better. Also, I have to agree with the other reviewer who commented that Charlotte looked a little creepy. Having seen the animation and being more familiar with the story... I could attribute a certain loveliness to Charlotte, but other family members were a little "creeped out." I would recommend the animated version for younger children and this version to older children... say 8+ yrs.
