There is some sweet killings, (my favorite is the gun through the door), and better acting than the first. The reason why it is a nine is because the lack of character development. Saw is not a scary movie, no plot bad acting. Danny Glover was the only good actor there, but he is not a miracle worker. Saw 1-2-3-4-5 all very bad movie's. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

I thought this movie was predictable, horribly acted and with mindless dialogue. The nasty things done to these morons were obvious, and none of them were the least bit sympathetic.

That said, the last twenty minutes were fantastic. Not only will you completely change your opinion, you'll want to see Saw III, which hopefully won't be dumbed-down like this one.
