I had hoped this movie would at least be a good popcorn flick, but it was a complete waste of two hours. It's bland and predictable, and wears out its welcome way before the closing credits. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Point blank this film is 2/3 Law & Order 1/3 The Exorcist but over all it kept my attention and still managed to creep me out. If you wake up at 3:00 a.m. dont come crying to me! WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Read MoreI think that first off this film is a solid drama, great acting fom all, especially Laura Linney, Her character shows the best development. Jennifer Carpanter shows an emotional complexity to Emily Rose that I don't think anyone expected. Good performances from Tom Wilkinson and Campbell Scott also. The plot clicks right along, keeps your attention, and does'nt skip a beat. I would say a cross between "Law and Order", and "The Exorcist", with a bit of the "X-files". Haunting cinematography and musical score, creepy special affects voice....Ambitious genre crossing..Kudos to the cast and crew...I'm puzzled as to why this great little film did'nt have a theatrical release?
