Especially scary because it was based on a true story. The special effects were perfect in that they did not make it unbelievable. Jennifer Carpenter deserves an Oscar or at least an MTV movie award. With a good surround sound system, not only will the hairs on every inch of your body be at attention, but your soul if your unsaved will ponder. Fantastic acting, superb reliability on plot with nearly no special effects thus making the movie flame towards you like an exploding bomb... absolutely a well made, well plotted and well delivered movie.
