Yes, its a chick flick but it's one of the best.
I think I cried most of the movie.

Read MoreIf anything, you should watch this movie due to Bette's performance. I'm a big fan of her's and love her music, but never appreciated her acting until this movie hit my DVD player. It's one of those that you can watch over and over. Of course it's a complete "chick flick"! Bring your tissue though for sure. As soon as they started with the "wind beneath my wings" i started and didn't finish until the credits.
