Sean is touched by his consult with Megan O'Hara(Julie Warner), a cancer patient who, after having had a mastectomy, wants reconstructive breast surgery. Still deeply upset about Julia's miscarriage, Sean decides to get a vasectomy in order to prevent another accidental pregnancy from occurring. Meanwhile, Christian and Grace fluctuate from furious shouting matches to passionate sexual romps, and Christian mistakenly believes a former patient of his is responsible for vandalizing his car.
