I enjoyed this movie from beginning to end. I thought Elijah Wood did a great job although in the beginning especially the first fight scene I thought he would swing like he did. As his character Matt grew so did the belivieabilty of Wood as a Hooligan. gave a lot of insight to the Firms following Football clubs in Europe. It was weird how we always see them as just thugs who drink all day when in actuallity they have steady jobs. Teachers, Pilots or bus drivers not sure which, businessmen etc.. Good all around flick

The plot of this movie is pretty hokey, and Elijah Wood was a bad choice for the lead character, but the dialog and rest of the casting was great. The movie gives a decent portrayal of football firms and the passion of the fans and they're plenty of brawls and street fights to keep things interesting. I didn't think any movie with "Frodo" in it would have any teeth, but I was pleasantly surprised and he managed not to ruin the movie.

Most excellent. I was expecting a "thug" movie and was totally surprised by it.

Didn't quite get the whole 'hating journalist thing'. It would be like us hating Beano Cook or something. Whatever. The rest of the movie was pretty good, though.

It's probably one of the most interesting films I've seen in a long time. I highly recommend this film to anyone.

I liked it but my husband hated it. If you want believability, it is lacking that. However, it did keep my interest.

Found it hard to take seriously. Although the fight scenes were enteraining enough, the plot was silly. Apparently you can run around stomping childrens heads in, set pubs on fire, and rumble in the streets of London with pipes and knives without worrying about those pesky keystone cops.
